Meet the team.
Any company can have policies and procedures, high-tech tools, and flashy marketing. In the end, it's the people that make the difference. At Telephony Partners, we know our people are responsible for our success. Their resourcefulness and commitment to doing the job right is the reason we still get to do what we do.
Take a moment to meet a few of them.
-
Josh Anderson
Josh is the founder and CEO of Telephony Partners. Without bills tying him down (and not knowing any better), he left college early to start his first company, CDSI. Several years and many mistakes later, Telephony Partners was born. Josh is an instrument-rated private pilot, an avid road biker, and thoroughly enjoys his coffee addiction (yes, that's the sound you often hear if you call our offices around 2pm).
-
Tom Voiland
Tom oversees our day-to-day operations and works with company leadership to establish strategic goals and tactical plans. Over his 20+ years of experience, Tom has acted in an executive capacity with such companies as Tampa-based Sports & Recreation, Outback Steakhouse, and Tribridge. Tom founded Executive Parnter Services (EPSi) in 2001, a boutique business consulting firm that included a Telcom division. Tom is a former baseball professional and part of back-to-back National Championship baseball teams at Troy State University.
-
Ed Kane
Ed brings over fifteen years of telecommunications experience to Telephony Partners. He has served as a project manager and network facilities engineer for several service providers, Publix Supermarkets, and Metro PCS. He is a ten-year veteran of the US Air Force and his passions include fishing with his three sons, training and competing in triathlons, and just about anything outdoors.
-
Rina Doering
Rina brings a bookcase of sales honors and over ten years of telecom sales experience to Telephony Partners. Almost a Florida native, she grew up in the sprawling coastal metropolis of Aripeka then made Tampa her hometown after graduating from USF. When she’s not busy taking care of her two young daughters she likes to watch movies, spend time at the beach, and plan for the day when she can travel internationally again (flights over 2 hours aren’t really a good idea with small children).
-
Leticia Lawson
Leticia has eleven years of telecommunications background in customer support, operations, and project management. Originally from D.C., Leticia moved to the sunshine state a few years ago to get away from the rat race (and traffic). Her other full-time job is taking care of her family, which includes a husband, two little people, and a small fuzzy dog. A self-confessed “foodie,” she takes time out for her other loves — entertaining, interior design, and reading novels (particularly mystery).
-
Angela Neal
Angela also has over ten years of communications background in customer support, operations, and project management. She moved to Florida from Ohio in 1995 and has two amazing daughters. She describes her interests as "vast and diverse," but our favorites are her love of roller coasters, tattoos and flying around in her invisible jet. Her affinity for antiques would put the Roadshow to shame.
-
Janise Sizemore
Janise has a wide background in telecom. She worked with Qwest in the indirect channel over 11 years with positions in switched order entry, dedicated order entry, pre-sales and post-sales support. She has a wide range of hobbies and activities but most people know her for baking her homemade bread. Growing up in TN has made her an avid VOL fan but living in Atlanta for several years made her a Falcons fan but mostly a Braves fan, attending 2 or 3 series a year. She enjoys hiking and reading as well.
