"Millennials"? Man, I hope a term that silly doesn't catch on.

I'm not sure who arrived at such a glowing review of that particular generation, but my experience has shown that all those happy bullet points come with a significant downside in the form of near-zero loyalty. From a business perspective, that means that the underlying infrastructure and processes must be tight as a drum. The days of intellectual capital manifesting itself in a pool of loyal, dedicated workers are coming to an end.

If any of our agents would like to contribute a portion of their commissions to the trust fund set up for Amir's family please let us know. We will automatically deduct your contribution and have it deposited into the trust fund automatically.

Especially over the next few months any contribution we can collectively make will have a big impact on Amir's family's financial well-being.

We're working on formalizing this commission contribution program and will send emails out to active agents with details.

This is to inform everyone of the date and time of the funeral services for our fallen friend. Ceremonies will be held at Garden of Memories on MLK and Hwy 50 in Tampa. There will be a viewing on Thursday night from 6-8 pm and the services are Friday Morning @ 10 am. There is a trust fund set-up to benefit Amir’s wife and 2 children. Anyone who wishes to make a donation should contact their nearest SunTrust Bank location and reference the Sarhaddi Family Trust Fund. There is also an information number where you can get donation info and also leave a message for the family if you wish. The number is 813-387-1056.

Our condolences go out to Amir and his family. The circumstances and timing of his passing were unfortunate. He had several friends at Telephony Partners and among our sub-agent community and he'll certainly be missed.

I found some more details on this product:

Maximum bandwidth available for QC MOE, Ethernet over copper is 30 Mbps.

In many cases, cable gauge and loop distances further restrict the bandwidth offered to 5, 10, and 20 Mbps, even with the repeater.

The system design center makes the determination if the customer may be served over copper. Contact your CSM or SE to create an inquiry.

Ethernet over copper does not support the following optional features for MOE - quality of service (QoS), protect routing, or multiple Ethernet virtual circuits (EVCs) over one port. These features require MOE service to be provided over fiber with a Cisco 3750 installed at the customer premises

Does that mean it's effectively a private connection? If the actual Ethernet frames are transmitted, then would the customer conceivably be able to have a single IP scheme and even a single centralized internet gateway without having to do any complicated routing?
