Pre-Sales Engineering Support

Web-based Agent Portal
Our Agent Portal is a central repository for account information that allows for true collaborative workflow tracking between Telephony Partners, our agents, and our carriers. This system is not the one-dimensional commission tracking application that a lot of agents use — although commission tracking is integrated — it is a process management tool that reduces administrative time; stores point of interaction details with customers, carriers, our staff, and agents; and allows everyone involved in a sale to easily track progress and see down the horizon.
Tracking opportunities from lead to commission is a goal that agent software strives for. We are proud that our Agent Portal truly accomplishes the task and greatly reduces the workload of our agents, helping all of us be more productive and make more sales.
Order Implementation Management
Our Operations Managers have a deep understanding of the products and processes that make telecommunications sales work and are dedicated to bringing their experience to every one of our agents’ sales. We have close relationships with the provisioning groups and a thorough knowledge of the paper trail required to turn-up and bill a sale.
In addition to being able to interact with our support staff directly, agents have access to their implementations throughout the process in our Agent Portal, which automatically notifies you of any changes to an order. We keep an open line of communication throughout implementation and are able to foresee common pitfalls, to quickly correct problems as they arise, and to contact high-level service reps and carrier managers to address pressing issues.
